Maybe we should name her that. Finally. Our stallion is an older boy, beautiful, great temperament and sweet, nice bloodlines and makes cute babies, but he is older, which means sometimes things take a while. And since we put our mares in with him and just let nature take it’s course you never know exactly when a baby should be expected. 
You can get a good idea, but maybe it will be the first week of next month rather than the first week of this month.
And while mares usually start to prepare for birth in a somewhat predictable manner it isn’t science unless you make it so, and honestly we pretty much let nature take it’s course there too.
So all that to say, we have been watching this momma for a month wondering when?
Not anxious but wondering. And she finally arrived. Cute lil girl.
