My Simple Woman’s Daybook… May 18 , 2009
good morning dear April! who is now a new Momma, and has made me a Grandmomma!
Outside my Window…it is cool, but sunny, looks like it will be a pretty day
I am thinking… how blessed I am to live where I do
I am thankful for… my family 🙂
From the kitchen… nothing yet, but my coffee
From the learning rooms… more creative writing
I am wearing…pink jammies
I am reading… of course the WORD and then this week it will be google’s webmaster tools, among other things about blogging
I am hoping… to keep up with this week, too much is required to fit in place, and that the weather and the tractors are cooperative, see picture below
I am hearing… the cow mooing because she is tied up, because she got in the strawberry patch this morning
I am creating… a loving home, I hope, that is my goal
Around the house… everyone is still sleeping, or went back to sleep after being jolted out of bed to get the cow out of the strawberry patch
One of my favorite things… my farm, but at this moment not the cow 🙂 that probably could jump over the moon if there were strawberries on the other side
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… hay, hay, hay, and hopefully picking strawberries, and writing books about such things, keep checking back at my front page, got lots going on, new books coming
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you…hmm, guess what time of year it is? our goal every year is to cut and put up enough hay to last us through the winter

I like to visit the blogs of those whose post comes up next to mine on The Simple Woman’s Daybook. Your post was in Mr. Linky right after mine so here I am… just visiting.
Great picture. I am jealous. We would love to live on a farm or at least more out in the country. We live on a main road with 4 lanes, we only have a small yard, no place for our children to roam and play and work. Try and be thankful for that cow even if she is stubborn 😡 and loves your strawberries 😕 … who could resist them… I love them!! LOL 😉
Well it was nice visiting. I hope you have a good week and accomplish many of the things on your to do list. Remember, you may not have time to do everything on your list but you have time to accomplish all the Lord wants you to do this week. Ask him to lead you as you make choices about what to do with each day, hour, and moment.
