It took over 5 hours to get the power restored, meanwhile Hannah cooked us biscuits and sausage on the woodstove in true Hannah Homemaker style. She is incredible. Then I took a nap with Mercy curled up with me in the big cozy chair listening to the rain on the tin roof. After the power came back I finally got my hot shower and now I am rarin to go. Well not really this rain has everyone feelin lazy today. I stayed up too late last night working on the page for this “Stop The Stress Fall Blessing Sale” I have for all of you, as my answer to all of the stress surrounding all of us. I thought few diversions would be nice about now. Anyway some code somewhere on the page was just not cooperating so I went to bed. I also had just put my Vol2 book of Faith Lessons From The Farm in the bookstore. It has stories of how the weather affects us living in the country. It was rather interesting that I wake up this morning to what could be a very stressful weather related event. A nap with Mercy was absolutely in order.
So I am going to be a true southerner today, it will get done when it gets done 😆
