For my Menu Plan Monday post, I am going to continue to spice things us a bit. Our peppers get better everyday. Georgia is going completely pepper crazy when she cooks, you can smell it a mile away, but oh it is so good. She is the supper cook and loves to cook Mexican so with the cheese stockpile and these peppers and tomatoes from the garden she is having a blast. The first question of the day around here is always, “what’s for supper tonight?” Hopefully I can add some more recipes to my Bless-the-Cook.com site this week too.
Monday- southern chicken and dumplins with red and green bell peppers
Tuesday- chili rellenos, my current favorite!
Wednesday- jalepeno chicken and rice
Friday – taco salad
Saturday- chili rellenos
I know, I know, we are still going overboard with the peppers but they are sooo good!
