Tuesday- budget fajitas
Wednesday- chili relleno casserole and salsa
Thursday- meatloaf and homemade bread
Friday – southern chicken and dumplins
Saturday – stuffed quesadillas

Must be the cool air down here in the south that is making us think alike! We are having chili on Monday too; and chix ‘n dumplins on Thursday.
