Monday- stuffed quesadillas
Tuesday- beef stew, boy is this yummy! and homemade bread
Wednesday- southern chicken and dumplins I need to do a tutorial on this one
Thursday- stuffed peppers and homemade bread
Friday – chili and cornbread muffins
Saturday – baked potato feast with steamed veggies and cheese

I never put anything in quesadillas except cheese, I don’t know why. The stuffed ones sound really yummy! Next time we make them, I’ll branch out! Thanks!

I had Marcus, our teen doing some caulking yesterday. It can get pretty cold in Las Vegas. Last year we even got snow!
