Had a wonderful holiday, the food was great! The garden is giving a ton of peppers, I wish the tomatoes would hurry up 🙂
Monday- stuffed quesadillas
Tuesday- chili rellano casserole
Wednesday- chicken pasta salad
Thursday- meatloaf and homemade bread
Friday – Italian pasta bake
Saturday – jalapeno chicken and rice

next week I hope to fit in jalepeno pizza and cornbread salad, and spaghetti pie 🙂
