I love my Monday routine, how about you? I need some sense of normalcy in an abnormal world, and the fact that Monday comes after Sunday sure does help. Monday mornings set the tone for my week. If I have Monday set out I can feel productive and accomplished. So here are a few tips to how I do that.
#1 go to bed at a reasonable hour Sunday night, feeling rested helps a LOT
#2 have an outline for Monday before Monday comes, either do it Saturday or Sunday
#3 have a weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday set aside for rest and relaxation
#4 eat what you want but without excess on Sunday, yes starting Monday still feeling deprived is not a good start, more on that coming up
#5 take a long hot shower on Sunday, or make time to do it early Monday morning, the kind where you have time to pamper yourself a bit
#6 treat the weekend like a recharge, whatever helps you unwind and power up
#7 set long term goals and to do lists that achieve the same thing
#8 enjoy life, pray, spend time with loved ones as a priority
