Beautiful weather here this week. We have started our mid day administrative meetings with my crew here. That is fancy talk for stopping in the middle of the day and sitting in the sun with my daughters, a little rest and relaxation in the middle of the day, it does wonders for a busy schedule. There is a reason God says rest. One of our other family members was questioning me on the good use of that mid day time and I had to share that it is often the most productive time of my day. Sometimes you have to stop, just stop, and spend a few minutes just visiting with your family. It gives you perspective and reminds you what is most important. Chores, laundry, schedules, at home business will wait, God and family will be missed if you don’t pay attention. A relationship that is maintained is so much better than one you are trying to fix.
