Am I the only one who wants to get next year’s health goals started now? It is so easy to get side tracked this time of year. The weather is cold and we love to cook when the weather is dreary. Thankfully we also have a home gym and love to exercise. You really can eat a little more freely when you have a constant exercise program going. (affilate link below)
I spent about an hour collecting yummy recipes on Pinterest last night and oh boy was it fun. Pumpkin this and Pumpkin that. But if all I do is think yumminess by January I will need a makeover. So I have decided I will only pin recipes while walking on the treadmill. That should work since I use a tablet or laptop while on there anyway.
I have also decided to add the books in the bundle here to my healthy library. Just reading about all things healthy keeps me focused in the right direction. there are plenty more recipes here too.
There are also books on healthy living, skincare, healthy kids, and even cleaning your home naturally!
I have also decided to be sure and keep with my fitness journal, keeping track of weight, meals and exercise daily.
I want to get to January and be ahead of the game instead of spending two months catching up.

Hi Penny, I’m a first time visitor from Inspired Blog Network. My dh and I were talking about this last night. Health and fitness are daily decisions, not wait ’til Jan 1 or Monday. I wish I liked to workout more, but I am definitely an eat healthy kind of person and now is the time to push myself harder on fitness. Thanks for giving me a nudge in the right direction.
