Let me just first of all say that I do not get paid for doing reviews and giveaways, I could charge for it and companies would pay for it, but I choose not to. I share with y’all as a blessing to you and because I figure if I can’t share without being compensated than the product isn’t worth sharing about. 😉 . Now sometimes I get a little something if you choose to purchase something but even that is not always. So believe me when I say my opinions are my own.
I also have a 15% off coupon, which I promptly used myself and can say that I can’t wait for my order 🙂 order at Redmond here and use this as a coupon code PennyRaine
Every so often I tell you about a product I think I can’t live without. Like coconut oil. Well this is another one. I do not use regular salt, ever. I have used Lite Salt, No Salt, and of course Sea Salt and Pink Himalayan Salt, the Sea Salt I liked, the Pink salt I really liked that one, but the Real Salt I cannot live without. Now get this, it isn’t just about seasoning your food. Salt is necessary. The bad kind makes you feel rotten and the real good kind makes you feel wonderful. Of course this is not medical advice but what I am about to share is my own, very observant opinion. I have a ring on my left hand that is about a size too big. It is a family heirloom and since it is often loose I have a habit of feeling it’s fit often, like 20 times an hour, just kind of a habit I guess. Well when the weather in TN gets stuffy humid with lots of pressure in the air, or when I have eaten something with preservatives in it, which is not often but occasionally, then my fingers get puffy and my too loose ring gets tight. The day I got my sample box from Redmond Trading was one of those days. I opened the box and looked at all the great products and will be sharing about the rest later, but the first thing I did was open the Real Salt and have a taste, “ohh yummy” I thought and had another pinch. “Ooh really yummy”. About ten minutes later I noticed my ring was loose again. I thought maybe it had something to do with the salt but wasn’t sure. So I repeated that several days in a row and yes it was definitely the salt, actually the real salt and the minerals in it. Oh my goodness I thought I was on to something! This stuff not only tastes really good but it is good for you. And as far as health and losing weight or even gaining weight, often times it is not the salty foods you are craving it is the minerals and real salt that comes with the real stuff, and garbage salt or processed foods will not cut it. You will keep craving and keep eating wrong . And you will keep feeling yucky.

Now as usual the New Age folks have seen the benefits to salt and tried to claim them, so be discerning, and remember Jesus spoke about salt long before any of them. Because He is the REAL in anything real, and we should be just like Him .
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. ~ Matthew 5:13

I haven’t tried real salt but would love to….. I know that salt is great for the adrenals and I think mine struggle some. Real unprocessed salt is bound to be better for us, just like all the real food is.

I love Real Salt. It’s all I use!

I Loooooooooooove Real Salt! My DH is even hooked, and he’s quite skeptical about paying more for something as simple as salt. The TASTE is so much better, even separate from the health benefits!

No, I’ve never tried Real Salt. We use Kosher Sea Salt that we find in the grocery store. I would love to try this one as we do like the kosher that we use.

Yes. We use Real Salt. It is a great healthy salt and less expensive than the other good ones. I also love their clay. I’ve got this pack before and would love to win it as I’m out of some of them. We use the season ing one when we grill.
