if you give a mom a broom, she will sweep under the bed, if she sweeps under the bed she will find clutter, if she finds clutter she will want to organize, if she wants to organize she will start removing all the items from the bedroom, once she removes all the items from the bedroom she will want to move the furniture around, after she starts to move the furniture around she will have to vacuum the furniture marks, after she vacuums she will remember how much she hates carpeting and she will decide to see what is under the carpet, she will see a glimpse of wood floor and rip out all the carpet, carpenter hubby will come in and say he has poplar barn wood that would make a beautiful bedroom floor but first he needs to jack up the sagging joist that is making the floor feel like a roller coaster, in the middle of that he decides that before they put a new floor in they should give the room a new coat of paint, then the mom says well if your going to do that I think I will add a few new outlets and redo some wiring, then you can repair the sheetrock and paint and put in the new floor ….. and the moral of the story is, when you live in a 1800’s farm house never sweep under the bed, at least not until you have finished remodeling the kitchen 🙂 …… guess what we are doing today
and .. your thoughts?
