I am adding several more of these new recipes at my recipe site , including our famous homemade salsa.
The weather is finally getting a little more bearable. Starting to look forward to some cooler weather meals. I have several new Mexican cooking ebooks in my bookstore with a couple more coming this week. Enjoy!
Tuesday- taquitos
Thursday- chili rellenos – homemade of course, book coming Friday
Friday – chicken tacos
Saturday – stuffed green peppers (fresh from our garden)
Sunday – we have gotten into this routine of a family picnic after church, I am really liking it!
