Despite the snow and ice, they were able to take the meal to the neighbors! Our dear dear elderly farmer neighbors that have taught us so much just love Georgia’s cooking, what a compliment that is. Any opportunity we get to bless them is an even bigger blessing for us.
I told my son years ago that simply spending time with a seasoned farmer is like a college education. It has proven to be very true. he has taught him to operate farm equipment, all about livestock, mechanical skills and welding and all kinds of other "live in the country" wisdom. Plus they are folks that live for the Lord. I surely hope they are around a very long time, life wouldn’t be the same without them.
and .. your thoughts?
