This is a cool e-book! I downloaded it and read it. I did not know that you can use cast iron pans on glass cooktops. I have always avoided buying cast iron pans because if this. You seem to have done well, so I think I will get some pans!
I also see that I have been putting in far too little oil in my pans. I have only put in enough to cover the bottom of my pan, and then some. The popcorn never burned, but we always had a lot of kernels.
Thanks for the recipe! I’ll be sure to check out your other e-books, too.

“they” say you can break glass cooktops with cast iron so I told my girls to be careful, we got the cooktop free (used) and I really wanted one so I wanted to try it. Has been about 3 years and all is well. My hubby always jokes and says we should be product testers, with this big family it is amazing how we can beat things up. My crowd is not careless but we USE things. If a kitchen faucet or vacuum or storm door or washing machine ever lasted through this family it would be worth having.
