Spring doesn’t creep in when you live in the South. It explodes. You go to bed one day while it is still winter and you wake up the next and it is spring. The grass actually grows so fast it happens before your eyes. Everything turns green within a couple of hours. The horses leave the hayย and graze, the frogs sing, the trees bloom, and the bugs hatch. Overnight. We get stormy skies then sunny days. Ohh I love spring!
It has happened. Here is proof.

Wow, great photos, Penny. It makes me think…if you have spring now, our spring is not so far away. For right now, it’s still chilly, with a touch of snow and frozen ground, but I did notice today that the pussy willow is starting to bloom, and I can see buds elsewhere. ๐ It’s been a long winter, or so it seems.
