For my Menu Plan Monday post, this February 16
We had a wonderful birthday supper with April, and just in case this is my only weekly post you read and you missed the big news, I will let you in on the big news. I AM A GRANDMOMMA! April had her baby on her birthday, so now every year we get to have a double birthday party. So, onto this week, we will be cooking for my daughter and her hubby this week too, so they can spend more time gazing at that sweet baby face. 🙂
Monday- rocks and roots (bean sprout stir fry) I will share the story later, stay tuned
Tuesday- southern chicken and dumplins (gotta have once a week)
Wednesday- mexican beans and rice casserole
Thursday- chili for a crowd
Friday – chicken and rice
Saturday- cream of spinach soup
this is my plan but maybe not exactly in this order
