OH! It is sad, but how appropriate the Scripture! We are blessed with harvest. Your photos look like they could be my own. Only I forgot the basket of carrots on the deck and they froze overnight. But not because the LORD did not bless our garden this year. We are SO BLESSED!

what a blessing. i love fried green tomatoes, so you can’t go too wrong with that.
the end of fresh produce is a mournful time, however–especially if we want to be intentional about eating in season.
