My dh was forclosed on in August, But thanks be to God my name was not on the loan or the deed to the home. We were forclosed on because our payment was 2 days late. (yes 2 days) Well that was the good Lord telling us it was time to move on as we have found another home if I can find a co-signer due to my credit is to good as I became a cash & carry gal many, many years ago! Pray for us to find the additional $13,000.00 we need to buy this home outright. I hate debt and we live in a world that beleives everyone should have huge debt.
