In 1 hour I went to the post office, the bank, filled the tank with gas, bought my daughter a Mississippi Mud ice cream sandwhich and did 9 loads of laundry. And mind you, we live 8 miles from town. How did I do that? Well since we are having a water shortage I piled all of the laundry in the car, went to the laundry mat, which isn’t so bad when you live in a really small town. How small? 2 stoplights, and if you happen to catch either one there is still only 2 cars in front of you. Anyway you put your laundry in those super big wash tubs that can wash 50 pounds of jeans in 24 minutes. Deposit your quarters, then run your errands, come back get your laundry and make it back home in less than an hour. Pretty good huh? You call everyone to hang their laundry on the line and you have half a days work done in the time it took to drink a cup of coffee. It is all about time management. Sometimes I like to just GET IT DONE. Now THAT is how you tackle a Tuesday!
