For my Menu Plan Monday post December 7th
we brought in the last of the lettuce from the garden today so we will be eating lots of salads this week, I sure do miss fresh stuff
I have lots more recipes posted at my recipe site .
Monday- homemade chicken soup with lots of veggies and salad
Tuesday- meatloaf and homemade bread
Wednesday- baked potato feast with broccoli and cheese
Thursday- baked chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and salad
Friday – beef and barley stew and salad
Saturday – easy chili for a crowd and corn chips
and maybe next week I will share all the desserts these folks eat, it is nearly unbelievable
