I know I am probably whining by now, but did I tell you I am cold? Ok, so I told you. But can you guess what I smell? Yep our famous chili. We started a huge batch in the roaster this morning. Our church meets in the afternoon, so coming come to chili will be great. Every once in awhile someone asks why we meet in the afternoon. Well, there are several reasons. It cuts out the morning “get ready for church” stress nonsense. It allows the folks who really need to be there to recover from their Saturday night and gives them no excuse when they don’t have to get up so early. Remember we are here for the unsaved, the ones who need the Gospel and aren’t too proud to admit it. It allows folks who sometimes like to visit elsewhere to d so. And it frees us up to also minster somewhere else on a Sunday morning. Anyway, we are having a chili day
