Georgia has perfected her method of making these jalapeno poppers and they are better than what you find in the best of restaurants! She uses peppers fresh from the garden. She washed them, cuts off the top and scoops out the inside. They are stuffed with a mixture of whipped cream cheese and grated fiesta blend cheese. She coats them twice, first dipping in beaten egg then in bread crumbs with flour add in. After the first coating she lets them sit about 15 minutes then coats again. Then they are fried. They are incredible! That definitely works for me this Wednesday !
