Well, we had a great weekend celebrating hubby’s birthday. We cooked up an enchilada feast and made it with all of the toppings, sour cream, salsa verde, guacamole, pico de gallo with fresh cilantro, and jalapenos. Boy my girls can cook!  We have a weird weather week ahead, was like a spring day on Sunday then snow again on Monday. Got a lot coming up this week too and announcing the winners for last weeks contests!

Monday- jalapeno chicken and rice

Tuesday- southern chicken and dumplins

Wednesday-   bbq venison sandwiches on homemade bread

Thursday- chicken fettucini

Friday – roast beef,  potatoes, onions  and carrots

Saturday- beef stroganoff

 this is my plan but maybe not exactly in this order
