For my Menu Plan Monday post, sad to say our garden is slowing down. There are still some peppers and tomatoes but not like there were. And we are still swimming in apples. Seems like maybe the last week i will be able to see that
Monday- southern fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy
Tuesday- cheeseburger casserole
Wednesday- southern chicken and dumplins with red and green bell peppers
Thursday- chili rellenos
Friday – stuffed green peppers and cheesy potatoes
Saturday- jalepeno chicken and rice
chili soon, but it is still nice weather, have to wait till it gets cool for that
