Super easy, and customizable. Prep time 5 mins, Instant Pot cook time 15 mins. Let it sit a bit for natural pressure release and you are good to go. My grandson loved it so much he applauded! I love that the veggie colors stay bright. Directions below.
Super Easy Instant Pot Instant Chicken Soup 4-6 servings
5 cloves of garlic peeled
2 large boneless frozen chicken breasts
4-6 cups frozen mixed veggies, my favorite is Kirklands stir fry mix
1/2 stick of butter
salt and pepper to your liking
enough water to barely cover
add to pot in the order listed, close the lid and press “poultry” when done leave it long enough to naturally release the pressure, then enjoy
