We have what looks to be like the most wintery weather of the season coming up this week. Snow, ice, sleet, freezing rain, all together. And sub zero temps. Can anyone say “hibernate?” Well I can, and I plan to. And I really don’t mind. I actually have things to catch up on.
So what do you have planned for your week? The last couple weeks have had me eyeball deep in internet hosting, website migrations and so on. Had some problems that finally just got too big to fix and was not getting the service I wanted from my previous hosting company so I moved. But we don’t just operate one site so it was like moving a whole apartment building, think I am pretty much done now and things should move much more smoothly.
Sometimes, often times, God has to throw a rock in your pond to bring stuff to the surface He wants to fix. I have seen that on lots of fronts recently. Hopefully I have time to write about it this week.
As for blog plans this week… let me see. I have a friend who recently made a graphic to share on our Lilla Rose group and when someone thanked her she said, “no problem, picmonkey is my therapy.” I had to smile and admit the same. I often give myself a hard time for doing the fun things in the middle of my work that always seems behind. But her comment just made sense, and stopping to rest for a few minutes of creativity is a good thing. So I will add a couple of my therapy projects here more often 🙂
Again another Presidents Day here, no mail, no banking, on top of that an ice storm coming, I really do get to hibernate. And write. And I am looking forward to it.
Upcoming are some great reviews, a giveaway, some Lilla Rose news, and more so stay tuned, as long as we don’t lose power I should have a lot to share this week.
And I will share about this featured book.
Well, we have another beautiful week ahead, snowy, icy and cold, but beautiful!
disclaimer – you can safely assume that anytime I share a link, it is an affiliate link those bless me and you!
First I will feature again my Creative Simple ~ How to Make Your House a Home.
One of my favorites books, and I just feel like it needs to get out there again.
Making your house a home has nothing to do with where you live.
I’m looking forward to all you have to share this week. We have the week off school/work, so I’m catching up on email and things around the house.
