I am blessed to call Tammy Chandler a friend and she is a person with a big heart. It is no surprise then that she also has a tender heart and learns from the one who creates the heart. Have you ever had a “God moment” where a lesson or a tidbit of truth becomes so real by such simple means? Well that pretty much describes Tammy’s books. Day by day, God moments. They inspire you, they teach you, they humble you. And those moments, they remind us all that He is in the big things and in the little things. Jesus cares.
I encourage you not only to read Tammy’s day to day experiences but also to open your eyes to your own, they are there. The person who says they have never seen a miracle has seen plenty just not recognized them. I also encourage you to start a journal of your own moments. You will be amazed. Devotions From Everyday Things and More Devotions From Everyday Things are both available for kindle or as print books. Each chapter is bite sized and easy to read when you only have a few minutes. The lesson however will stick with you throughout the day. I dare you to try reading just one a day 🙂 . I agree! I have read the first and am in the middle of the second. I’m impatiently awaiting the release of her HORSE devotional! Definitely a great read and a great gift book to share. 🙂
I haven’t read any of her ebooks, but I would LOVE the opportunity to be enriched. I need a devotional and this sounds like one that will open my eyes to God’s big and little moments I am sure I am missing. I am going through a very rough time period right now and I know that God cares, but some days I need a reminder. Maybe by reading about Tammy’s experiences I will become more aware and understand better. Thank you for the chance to win these books.
