We use Coconut Oil in everything, we pop popcorn in it, we put it on smoothies, we make pancakes with it, you name it, if it uses oil, this is what we use. The coconut flavor is wonderful but when we want it without flavor we use the Expeller Pressed. And Tropical Traditions is the best.
