We are STILL swimming in tomatoes and peppers and they are yummy!
I have lots more recipes posted to my recipe site . And I had new ebooks released here last Friday, one of them was free! you can still get it here
Monday- chili relleno casserole and salsa
Tuesday- chicken and noodles
Wednesday- cheeseburger casserole
Thursday- jalapeno chicken and rice and salsa
Friday – stuffed green peppers,
Saturday – stuffed quesadillas and salsa
it is time around here to start thinking about stocking up and filling the freezers and pantries, that happens when you live on a farm, we already have several shelves of home canned goods, what have you been preparing?
Great menu for the week. Looking forward to trying the cheeseburger casserole.
