For my Menu Plan Monday post, this February 9
We have another birthday this week. We make a big deal out of birthdays around here with a huge fun meal. I haven’t heard the requested meal for this next birthday yet but I can guess it will be Mexican. In fact cheese is on sale this week, so I am sure most of this week will be Mexican style.
Monday- mexican bean and rice casserole
Tuesday- southern chicken and dumplins
Wednesday- jalapeno chicken and rice
Thursday- creamy potato cheese soup
Friday – chicken gumbo
Saturday- probably enchilada feast
this is my plan but maybe not exactly in this order

Those all sound good. I will have to talk Amanda into letting me make up the menu for next week. I’ll have to add some of those delicious-sounding meals to it! LOL 😛
Well, glad you post your menus. I get most of my new baking/cooking ideas from friends’ blogs. This is just another lovely addition to the ones I have found.
