Thank you so much for putting up the "How to Make Homemade Laundry Soap" on the Homeschool Freebie list a month or two ago. I was a little nervous about making it, because I've read of other people gunking up their machines or clothes, but I knew I wanted to try. I was especially thrilled with all the pictures that made it so easy to follow - I knew exactly what everything should look like! I had all the ingredients on hand, and the budget was getting tight, so the timing was perfect. Everything turned out "picture perfect" and I've been using the soap for a couple of weeks now. I do find that I still have to use a stain remover for spots, which is fine. 10 gallons of free laundry detergent was a huge blessing! Thank you, Penny. Sandra B.

This was easy and I love the smell, it is so fresh and not overwhelming to the senses like the store bought. Though I did not have the fels-naptha soap as suggested it came out just the way the instructions say it would. Thank you Penny, Jessica
