Well here we go. The weather has been really nice, then a few cold days then really nice again. It always feels like a gamble in TN this time of year, it can be really comfortable and you think maybe we will get away with an easy season then WHAM, an ice storm or something. Keeps us on our toes I guess. Anyway I like to keep the freezer and pantry well stocked for such occasions. Farm families were the original hoarders with good reason. How many turkeys are in your freezer? I think I need a couple more. About the end of February I feel like I can breath again in this respect. Well, have a blessing of a week. Next week is Mexican week.
