I did a recent review on some shredded coconut we received and I just thought I would share another thing we have created. Can anyone say “YUMMY?”

Simple as 1,2,3 . Bake a chocolate cake in a Bundt pan. Pour thick chocolate glaze over it. Top with Organic Shredded Coconut. (We suggest Tropical Traditions brand) .  Yummy
