I was recently sent this dvd for review and we watched it as a family. I must first say that I believe in miracles, have seen them all my life, including healing and even folks who were no longer breathing coming back to life. But I take the gospel seriously. You have no idea how serious it is until things get really serious and you really need Jesus. With that said, I like parts of this movie. I really liked the “anonymous guy” with his face blurred who went right when God said right and left when God said left. I have seen the Lord work that way before. There were other parts of the movie that I didn’t like so much. I don’t believe God’s gifts are toys for us to play with, and I don’t believe He is a sugar sweet God without the power to judge sin. Ultimately all that comes from Him and is used by Him, will bring Him Glory, not us. So while I did not agree with all of what was shown the movie showing it was pretty good. Make sense? I think that was the whole point, to show different aspects of ministry. So, ha ha, now I bet you really want to see it to know what in the world I am talking about, right??? Hi Penny, I would like a shot at winning the dvd Father of lights. One reason is I teach children’s church and I like to find videos that show God’s power being displayed. I am cultivating followers of Jesus who walk in the miraculous. Course from your comments I realize I’ll have to discern it. I recently showed a video to my class of some young people going to a football game to minister and some kids were healed of sports injuries in the process and others were able to see that Jesus is real.
I would like to win this video, well basically I want to learn more about my Savior Lord Jesus. He has shown me He truly exists. My testimony of how He brought me to Himself is amazing. He has shown me through visions He has called my name in a clear crisp clean voice and His voice came from inside the brain out the ears not the other way around. He delivered me from my bondage of drugs and alcohol. He gave me a beautiful loving wife and two wonderful children to raise for His kingdom. And I like to see His amazing works like to hear of them. I believe He has in store for me and my family to do wonderful works for Him. We love Him and desire to know Him as best we can. I pray in Jesus name for your prosperity. Amen.
