gray and cold until the Light shines
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.
Ephesians 5:8
Without Jesus we are in cold frozen darkness even if we don’t realize it. Yet once we surrender to Him, it is light invading the darkness, in fact it is at that moment that we realize exactly how dark the darkness has been. And exactly how bright the light is. If we don’t keep our eyes on the brightness of Jesus we can lose our clarity of vision and pretty soon the darkness creeps back in. The only way to live as children of light is to keep our focus on Him. He is the Way, the only Way. Without the realization of His love we are like frozen trees. Let his light and love in.
The purpose of Word filled Wednesday is to share God’s word (no famous quotes or other literature — only the beautiful word of our Father) through photo’s & a Bible verse!

Looks like we are on the “same track” today – probably because we are “neighbors” – Kentucky to Tennessee
I don’t think we get quite the snow it sounds like you do (not counting last year’s ice storm) but I’m looking out my window at a back yard full of snow that is barely melted. Quite a change from both the coasts, that’s for sure. I’ve enjoyed reading some of your other posts about prepping for the storm and now know whose brain I’m going to pick for ideas on how to deal with all this snow fun!
