		<description>My mother-in-law and the ladies in the family used to get together every Christmas to make a huge batch of tamales. 
My husband has fond memories and mixing the hot masa in a large tub with his hands. 
I&#039;m hoping I can purchase some tamales for a Christmas surprise for him.
You have a delicious menu planned!
I’m so glad that my husband isn’t working on Christmas Eve and Christmas. He really needs the days off.  This is the best family Christmas gift!
