Monday- beef stew
Tuesday- cream of spinach and barley soup and salad, wow this is yummy, I will be posting the recipe
Wednesday- southern chicken and dumplins
Friday – turkey and trimmings
Saturday – turkey something or other 
When we make tamales on Thursday I will be taking lots of pics for a new ebook.
My mother-in-law and the ladies in the family used to get together every Christmas to make a huge batch of tamales.
My husband has fond memories and mixing the hot masa in a large tub with his hands.
I’m hoping I can purchase some tamales for a Christmas surprise for him.

I’m so glad that my husband isn’t working on Christmas Eve and Christmas. He really needs the days off. This is the best family Christmas gift!
