<description>I think I have posted on your blog about this before. We had Charter for cable tv, internet and phone and were thoroughly frustrated at their service, customer service and billing! It was so bad that I had a Charter Incompetence Log on my computer. Hundreds of pages long detailing the many issues we had almost daily with all three services in the two years we had them. If you have a choice, DON&#039;T do it. In fact, they had a class action law suit against them the last time I looked detailing the same issues we had with them almost exactly! Charter is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my 47 years on this planet. Not only did all three services work intermittently but reaching them to repair almost took an act of congress. Then they had billing issues where they claimed we were 6 months in arrears (how could we be and still have service?!) and then they tacked on about $800 for what they were hard pressed to tell us. Came to find out they had us mixed up with someone who had lived in another city and skipped out on paying their cable bill. We never lived there or had their service before that time. Took me months and endless phone calls to clear that up after calling the VP at the corporate office. The woman was shall we say &quot;less than helpful&quot; but did finally concede to take the $800 off our bill after about 3 phone calls to her.
