furry furry, and way too friendly
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Victor® Rodent Control. All opinions are 100% mine.
This is one of the downsides of living in the country. Rodents. They are way too friendly. They want to move in and become part of the family. I draw the line at uninvited furry guests. Call me inhospitable. Go ahead, I won’t mind. We have tons of kitties and they do a great job outside but I do not do inside pets. I do inside children and outside pets. But I am telling you these pests are getting to me. They will chew the house down if we don’t do something.
We have done the traps, and let me tell you don’t even bother with the cheap traps, only go with Victor, they are the only ones that works. And the best bait we have found is Ivory soap. I have no idea why but they love it. however even though it works I am tired of dealing with caught rodents. All I have to do is take it outside and call kitty, kitty, and open the trap but still it is disgusting. So I have been seriously considering an ultrasonic plug in thing. I got an ad from the Sunday paper I was considering but when I was is the hardware store Monday buying MORE traps I noticed they have one made by Victor so I am going to try it. The Victor website tells how ultrasonic repellents work and has lots of disgusting but helpful information. Yes this is a sponsored post but the opportunity came at just the time I was ready to declare war anyway! I would love to hear what works for you.

Hi Penny,
I agree -Victor traps!
We’ve tried sticky traps, but most of the time all we’ve caught on those is mouse hair! We do have cats, which have got all the big rats outside, but they’re not allowed inside.
Peanut butter works great as bait.

I forgot to say what kind of Victor traps we use -the old-fashioned kind (snap!).
