praying in the shower
Wow, this morning I posted a thought on facebook before I went to take a shower. I simply asked, “am I the only one who prays in the shower?” How fun it was to come awhile later and see tons of comments. Seems y’all have it figured out too. These are my own reasons to pray in the shower but they also seem to be the same with most of y’all.
- peace and quite
- few interruptions
- I can cry all I want without worrying anyone
- it makes me feel clean inside and out
- helps get my mind in order
- helps get my day in order
- I hear God
- I get new inspirations
- I get new ideas
- I get motivated
There is one problem though, writing down all those wonderful thoughts and revelations so we don’t forget them. I have the solution and it is not a waterproof cell phone or laptop, but something more primitive.
Take a crayon soap and write on the shower wall.
