For my Menu Plan Monday post, this August 17
we are still swimming in tomatoes and peppers from the garden so this weeks menu will have lots of Mexican meals again. What’s new, right? Georgia is currently our supper cook and as I have shared before, the girl lives for Mexican food, we are also canning tomatoes this week, and I will probably be sharing about that here.

Monday- Italian Pasta bake and homemade garlic breadsticks
Tuesday- chimichangas and salsa I will be posting this recipe with pictures here, check back 
Wednesday- chicken pasta salad
Thursday- chili relleno casserole and salsa
Friday - jalapeno chicken and rice and salsa
Saturday – stuffed quesadillas and salsa
