we are swimming in tomatoes and peppers from the garden so this weeks menu will have lots of Mexican meals. What’s new, right? Georgia is currently our supper cook and the girl lives for Mexican food.

Tuesday- chimichangas and salsa
Wednesday- stuffed quesadillas and salsa
Thursday- tacos with salsa
Friday - chili relleno casserole and salsa
Saturday – budget fajitas on homemade tortillas and salsa
