country walk recipe #342

As always I took my camera as we went for a walk down the drive the other day. Thought I would give you a recipe for a country walk :) .

walk8-11a

First get at least 1 boy and 1 dog, more is better. Then add a few girls too. The more the merrier.

Then stop to say hello to the newest pony baby. Her name is Sugarbug.

And be sure to notice how nicely the persimmons are coming along.

When you get to the end of the drive, check the mailbox :)

Then turn around. :)

On your way back stop to admire the black eyed Susans.

And last but not least serve it all up with  a God provided vine swing by the creek :)

  • Thanks for taking me along on your walk. How precious. Living in the desert, I appreciate your picture posts of your home so much. Grass isn’t something we see here and the wide open spaces of the desert are vastly different from the country. Thanks so much!

  • Thanks Penny this was a wonderful. although raised in the city I am a country girl now and truly love it. ;-)

I hope and pray that I never have to go back to city life. The peace of living the country life is such a blessing!!

    Happy weekend!!
