I have noticed that earbuds are all the rage now… rightly so. Who doesn’t need them? Whether you’re listening to your fave music, or an ebook, or a seminar, earbuds are great for doing all of that. So you’re heard of earbuds, but have you heard of Chicbuds? Chicbuds are the coolest earbuds you can find. Not only are they practical in their use, but they are pretty sweet looking too.
Can you see her? There is a momma duck on a nest hidden in amidst the leaves. At least she thinks she is hidden. The problem is that even while this looks like overgrown brush, it is really the strawberry patch that is done producing for this year. The grass is tall around it, but only in this one place. It is is a small fenced section right next to the vegetable garden. And while it may look neglected to her, she is actualy in the most coveted spot of our whole farm. The cows will do anything to get into the strawberry patch. And they aren’t the only ones. It is also right next to the driveway, so nearly anyone can see her. So while she thinks she is hidden, she is really very exposed. Kind of like us when we sin and think we are hiding from God.

So, what works for me this wednesday? Doormats. Yep doormats. We have a big family, and we live on a farm, and this time of years the doors are revolving. And since we live in an old farm house there is more than just a front door and a back door. There are 5 doors that go outside. That means there is the potential for lots of dirty traffic. One thing that makes a world of difference is doormats. One inside and one outside of EVERY door. Try it, it really helps.
