For my Menu Plan Monday post, this June 22
Did some stocking up last week but things are still going to be budget for awhile, but we are starting to get things out of the garden and the neighbor brought us a whole bunch of catfish we processed and put in the freezer, so things should stay tasty. :) I added two new cooking books to my bookstore.
Monday- chicken salad on homemade bread, my new summertime fav 
Tuesday- cheeseburger casserole
Wednesday- Southern fried catfish and hushpuppies and okra
Thursday- stuffed quesadillas
Friday - easy pasta salad
Saturday – meatloaf sandwiches
