We are on a tight grocery budget this week, I can’t wait till the garden start giving some tomatoes 
, but this week we have some great budget meals, most of the recipes are on my bless-the-cook.com site
Monday- chicken salad on homemade bread
Tuesday- meatloaf and noodles
Wednesday- creamed chicken on waffles
Thursday- budget ground beef stroganoff
Friday - stuffed quesadillas
Saturday – hamburgers

I need to fix some chicken salad maybe for lunches this week. We haven’t had that it a while. We usually eat leftovers for lunch, but since we are home from school for the summer I’m having to fix more lunches at home. Thanks for that reminder.
