A scummy shower curtain is one of the grossest things there can be. And they can also be hard to clean. But I have a very simple solution. Take it off of all the rings and throw the shower curtain  in the washer with your towels, on the hot setting. When it is done washing, shake it out and  put it back n the rings on the rod and let dry.
