we have a ready supply of milk, butter and eggs, so I stock up on the rest of the staples once a month at walmart often using Krogers ads, and we get stuff about once every 3 months from a food co-op, "town" is 15 miles away, so I don't go often unless I am also going to April's house. There is a small local market by our church so I go in there or the dollar store next to it when we go to church if needed. We can stuff and freeze our own too. We store flour and sugar and such that we buy in 50# bags in 5 gallon buckets in the pantry. Would love a cellar. One day. We are in the process of putting on a mud room/utility room.

How often do you shop Penny? I would love to shop once a month, (actually Amanda does the shopping), but we have nowhere to store the food, honestly. Our fridge is so packed out already each week!
I am looking forward to fresh food this summer, and we will be canning, so hopefully that will cut down on freezer and fridge space, but how often do you shop? And, where do you store your food?
:)
