For my Menu Plan Monday post, this April 20

we have had a discouraging couple of days, and nothing cheers up my crowd like mexican food, so I am declaring this Fiesta Week at the Raine casa

Monday-  burritos

Tuesday-  chicken fajitas

Wednesday-   chimichangas

Thursday-  stuffed quesadillas

Friday – taco soup or taco salad if it doesn’t seem like a soup day

Saturday- cheese enchiladas
